yeap, i am off to the Pilipinas or Philippines [which ever would do] again after about a month in brunei. Well as usual the blog will be again temporary, well unused....i guess boredom might hit on high peak once again since other blogs i know are currently either dying, left behind, no changes or simply to put as being lazy! [so much for freedom of speech]
Okay in philippines, I'll taking two exams. On September 16 will be my exam for my numero uno choice university which is Ateneo de Manila! while ten day from the sixteenth will be my next exam on September 26 will be for my numero dos choice which La Sall College (University or College...big deal same meaning anyhow!). And after that will be nerve wrecking waiting for results til early next year and nerve wrecking relaxing as i would enjoy my time in philippines!
And so I'll be in Philippines from September 13th to october 12/13, so see you then when I'm back from a semi-hectic time in philippines! Miss ya'll!!

i got no idea....
I got no idea what to blog about, since my brain is practically dead and tired. One thing for sure is that everyday is like a usual day for us! like some go to school to study or teach, some go to work to get some well earn cash or get job experience, some stay in their luxary of home and relax or revise or do some chore, some go out almost every week to kill off boredom with their friends...so pretty much everyone has their "Usual Day".
I know i got 5 days til i go to philippines and 1 week and 2 days before my first entrance exam which will be in Ateneo de Manila University. An exclusive University, currently considered to be the toughest school to get in and also among the Big 3 of universities in philippines (UP, AdMU and La Salle). It's like a challenge for me try and blend in to the american system of education in philippines where it's my first time i'm taking entrance exams. And i believe in myself that i can pass it! because to me, Ateneo is my Uni to be. why? well it's a very nice university and it stands out to me, i rather be called an ateneonista rather than a la sallista. And la sallista sound like errrr.......never mind it's a rude one anyways, lets just say "La salsal".
I would like to make my adavance good bye to people who'll be leaving brunei soon since i'll be in philippines and back around October 12. Currently the only person i know that is leaving soon is my great friend alvin...it's sad for him to leave and i'll really miss him dearly as he became one of my close friends to me. I can still remember when we met during handball in year 6, he was i tony's team while i'm in javan's team..ahh goo memories of many hardships in secondary life. All i've got to say is farewell, best of luck to ya my dear friend...i'll miss you very much nowadays....
When i visited school yesterday, it was very nostalgic...well to see new year 7 enjoying the freedom, year 8 are still enjoying freedom, year 10 seems to be coping, year 11 are well to face the unexpected (well it is expected anyways) workload/coursework/exams, year 12 are looked like my times when i was in my early weeks of IB pretty free and easy going, year 13 well looked like us who are having fun with the pressure =P. Another one which is nostalgic is that friends being together in school (any year group), that i definately miss i have many memories, good and bad times....
And so, i go and go back to bed now....

Poem
It has been a very long time ever since i wrote a poem, so i wrote a poem and it looks nice so i'm gonna blog it! So what's it about? well it's the two most common people we always see at home and the first two people we when we are born! i guess that gave it away...it's called Parents.
It took me sometime and thoughts whether i should do a poem that relfects how some of us possibly feel about our parents because as we know parents can be nosey,privacy invaders, unsupportive, unpredictable, doubtful, uninfluencial, kind, caring, nice, friendly, dependable, trustworthy, undependable, untrustworthy, impressive, unimpressive, influencial, cool, funny, not funny, sad, down, depressing, blaming us for what we didn't do, accusing us, comapring us, proud about us, embarassed about us and the most popular case they think what's right for us. Well yea, they have good and bad sides we still have to look at the brighter side. They know since we're kids! they've been with us like almost for life!
So here goes a poem on Parents!
Parents
Where would be the children of the world be without parents?
The childen would be homeless with no love nor care,
How do we learn the ethics of several aspects of life?
The world we know would be very chaotic,
When would we be born without parents?
We wouldn't be even born but remain a lifeless soul,
Who was always there by our side during our childhood days?
Our parents are always there with us whereever and whenever,
What will happen to the world if our parents didn't even exsist?
The world would be nothing but a lifeless abandoned desert,
Why are we unharm evern though our parents are not there?
We are protected by their love and care within our hearts like spirits bonded.
So dear God,
We children of the world,
We thank thee for giving us parents!
We wouldn't have been born without them!
We would have lived a miserable childhood if they weren't there!
We would have never felt caring love!
And no matter how Great, good, bad or worst they are,

Basketball, Cantor, Birthday Greetings and A FareWell
Basketball: The Brunei Cup
The past week i have been going to the basketball brunei cup! it started on August 25th and ended on Casey's/Christina's/Ninong Gil's birthday which was September 2nd. I missed the games on August 25th as i was focused on watching liverpool FC beat Roy Keaneo's Sunderland! and also the game on August 26th i missed it as i was practicing for cantor and doing cantor on that day! So yea....at least my dad told me the results of those games! hehe
so here it goes!!
August 25
Darwin All Stars vs LG SAkers - Winner LG Sakers! [i began to think that the korean team drank Sake before the game! haha]
Singapore Slingers vs Sta Lucia Realtors - winner Sta Lucia Realtors, The singapore team i consider it unpure to be honest, because it was filled with imports from america and austrailia! it only had two singaporeans! aiyo....
August 26
Jordan All Stars vs RP(Republika Pilipinas) Team - RP was victorious against a weak Jordan team!
Sta Lucia Realtors vs Darwin All Stars - Darwin won but it was fluke, Sta Lucia never lost that easily [watched some of their games in philippines]
August 27 - i watched these game filled with antipation! and saw chui san in the ticket booth! loong time i havent seen her for long time! then Saw julius! helping out!
Jordan All Stars vs Singapore Slingers - The Singapore team destroyed Jordan!! Jordan is now going bye bye!!
RP Team vs LG Sakers - always a hot blooded affair between korea and Philippines but seems that RP could have done better if they used their aggressiveness in the game could have won! but they lost as LG Sakers used the 3 Point Sharpshooters!
August 28 - I watched these games filled 1000% of antipation!!!
Darwin All Stars vs Singapore Slingers - Darwin won! no wait Singapore!! WON! Darwin is just above the table now and in level terms with RP. Singapore is very serious in getting the trophy after all! haha

August 29 - I was out with friends, having a good game of pool then over to rainforest and have a great game of DOTA! and it was also the last time i'll see lukman!
Oh yea, at the ticketbooth was wet and slippery, so yea i bought the tickets then left slowily..then chui called for me as i forgot my change! so i went but i slid (nearly slipping) and turned 180 degrees exactly infront chui's booth.....it was a slippery situation where i dont wanna sprain my ankle again...
Jordan vs Darwin - I came late for this game to my prediction wrong, where i've predicted Jordan to win but Darwin win and won the hearts of ISB students from year 10 to 8 but no matter they're just looking for publicity that's all! haha
Sta Lucia vs RP - Sta Lucia dominated this game like Liverpool vs Derby!
August 30 - i entered the stadium with pure boredom...because i already knew the outcome but i hoped for the best!
LG Sakers vs Jordan - farewell thee well jordan! Sakers crushed jordan like 15 - 0 thrashing!
RP vs Singapore - i hoped and cheeered RP to win! but they were just close of winning then tactical mistakes cost their victory! So singapore well won by 15 points ensuring RP never made a 4th period comeback.
August 31 - i didnt come to the game because i had choir practice so yea....but i knew the outcome of the games anyways!
Darwin vs RP - I predicted RP can do it! as they needed a win to bring them above darwin and go to the semis! but it was wrong, Darwin won by 7 points as my dad told me.
Singapore vs LG Sakers - I predicted Sakers to win, as i see them very dominant! So they won! haha singapore are in semis as well
Jordan vs Sta Lucia - It was a decisive decision for sta lucia as they deceided to play much weaker as they face jordan who searched for a least a win....but as i predicted sta lucia to win and yea they won! haha my dad told me they went to overtime because sta lucia were playing weaker!

September 1 - argh... cantor was okay and could have been better! and one bday was highly anticipative for her bday on the next day! ;) so i was too anticipated for the match
Semi: Korea vs Singapore - you gotta feel sorry for singapore..they really really wanna win the cup like west ham desperately need to keep Carlos tevez! but they lost to a stronger korean team who crushed singapore!
Semi: Aus vs Philippines - Sta Lucia was playing easy but fans of Darwin (ISB people/friends) believed that they are weak haha but they are wrong =P we are nice people and we dont people to get bored that easily! ahaha and yea i saw tactical mistakes by the coach! haha
September 2 - Birthdays of Christina, Casey and Ninong Gil! and i am hype for the final! wooohoo!!
Third place bout: Singapore vs Aus - na na na na hey hey goooooood bye aussies! they are gone and TKO as singapore thrashed them with a 47 point separation!
Final: Philippines vs Korea - Well this game was very intense and i spotted early mistakes of the coach of Sta Lucia but they never gave up as they became people's champ!! but in the end by 4 points korea won...well done korea! you guys are worthy opponents! but i must say Sta Lucia looked like they were going to win but they made many mistakes on the 4th period as they could have won but mistakes of tactics are made so they lost...i know this cuz i know my tactics! haha but anyways! Well done to korea for becoming the second time to win it! while philippines already won it 3times! so best of luck next year!
Third Time Cantor
Okay, i did cantor yesterday at church again for the third time. Well people were saying it's good, it went well and nice but to me well personally my pitching and tune had some problems..really i do mean it, my voice wasn't touching up on to the piano notes where sometimes i was highish and lowish..litterally [spelling?] i was somewhat out of tune in this third time cantor [another possible reason that i had pitching problems is that I've been shouting like crazy during the Basketball matches..so yea Shouting then singing equals a vocal chord too tired or maybe my lack of sleep, i've been sleeping very very later nowadays so yea]...sighs...at least i've been told that even though i was out of tunish it still sounded nice like a tenor trying his best. At least i get some more experience on doing solos! hehe Like EA (electronic arts) in their motto, "Challenge Everything" now i challenge myself to improve my pitching and breathing so YEA!! haha
A Farewell
Yes, a farewell to my good old pal Lukman..today was his day to leave brunei and go to indoneisa for Uni life, it is really sad to see him leave brunei where we [zan, nick, al, luk,rory and i] had great days in school days and as well fun times when there is school holiday break. So Farewell my dear comrade and we'll hopefully each other again soon!
Another farewell would go to Imran, even though i wasnt able to go to the airport around 6:30 but i'm sure i'll really miss ISB's Funnyman. I'll remember him as the man i met in tuition and the man who has a great sense of humor!
Also another farewell would go to my manga friend, Ninjutsu specialist Stan the Ninja! I'll surely miss Ninja stan! I'll longer have a ninja compatriot ! hahaha
Finally, Raushan i received an email from him that he left to malaysia last month and so bye bye my Liverpool mate! You'll Never Walk Alone!!
