Baked

I baked bread yesterday from 9:30 am til 11:30 am to make the dough and everything in shape of a crossant, then the cooking processs was long since my mom and I made lots of crossants that'll last til this weekend (since I like eating bread). Where the cooking in oven took up until 4:30pm when the bigger crossants went in and finished...I mean seriously we made big ones! first small medium sized one then big ones!
The Bread was all gooey and oozey at first, then mashed it manually with hands (since we don't have fancy wancy machines like they to in bakeries) until it was a dough like ready for kneading! and the kneading part is the best part of it, pushing rolling, fliping and folding! Then comes the rolling it down with this rolling thingy they use in bakeries and then folded three times!
After that rolling the bread dough into looking like a real crossant, let it rise for a couple of minutes (and I mean really rise! and All Fluffy looking). Then into the oven it goes for 25mins, and presto! crossants baked! smells so good that it makes your stomach grumbled even though you're full and it's aromatic smell makes your heart so light that you want to eat the bread! AND THE TASTE! umei! Delious! Hao Chi! ANG SARAP! Crunchy in the outside and fluffy and soft in the inside!

Okay Like I promise, some pictures of the baking:

Yeas, I learned how breads are made yesterday and guess what? I'll baking something from my mom's receipe book soon! one chinese dish I want to try but I somehow forgot the name but it sounds good and the ingredients simply mouth watering fountain! The other is swiss roll one of my favorite breads!

And also, I've complete my Harry Potter series just by mom purchasing it for me, the First and the Third one (which I already read long time agon in a school library far far away). And also finished the Godfather's Revenge last night when I only started it from monday afternoon. Now well I'm saving money to buy The Hundred Secret Senses, Falling Leaves, Stardust (before it was turned into a movie), Neverwhere and soon if I get to bookshop again, Gulag, it was one of their new arrivals so I;m interested you know? I'm a very curious reader!

So anyways, I got to go and watch the episode of Naruto I downloaded.

See You when I see you!
